塔河縫洞型油藏從2006年開始應用示蹤劑評價井間連通性,各類現場應用示蹤劑本底濃度逐年提高,常用的示蹤劑地層本底濃度已逼近最低檢測濃度的30%,隨注水采油的快速推進,工區內儲備的5類常用示蹤劑必將難以滿足現場的持續需求;此外,現用的示蹤劑全為外單位引進,我方示蹤劑的詳細成分不了解,對檢測設備、檢測精度和結論難以有效把關,因此有必要開展新型示蹤劑研發,全面評價新型示蹤劑性能,掌握具體的檢測技術,提高示蹤劑技術的現場應用價值。

水溶性熒光示蹤劑的合成技術。具體內容包括水溶性熒光分子的結構設計,合成路線設計以及具體的實驗室合成方法的建立。

水溶性聚合物熒光微球示蹤劑的合成技術。具體內容包括熒光聚合物微球的設計,實驗室制備方法的建立,熒光聚合物微球的水溶性控制。

熒光示蹤劑配方的調制方法。具體內容包括熒光示蹤劑配方中的示蹤分子濃度,熒光發射的區分,示蹤劑的熱穩定性控制技術。

熒光微球因其穩定的形態結構及高效的發光效率等特點,在許多領域有著非常重要的應用,本項目從制備方法改進的角度出發,采用原位分散聚合的“一步法”制備單分散水溶性熒光微球,通過對微球熒光性質及熒光物質與單體的相容性對其在微球中摻雜量影響的研究,開發出系列用作為示蹤劑的熒光微球。

實施過程中還將針對示蹤劑的特殊需要,開展熒光微球的溫度穩定性、pH穩定性和井下復雜環境影響等方面的深入研究。并將所得結果反饋到制備過程,通過調節熒光聚合物微球的制備條件(包括反應條件和反應物配方等),按照示蹤劑要求改進熒光聚合物微球性質。因此,通過實驗最終生產的示蹤劑具有很強的技術性和先進性,國內沒有同類的產品。

Tahe fracture-hole reservoir has been using tracer to evaluate cross-well connectivity since 2006. The background concentration of all kinds of tracer used in the field has increased year by year, the formation background concentration of the commonly used tracer has approached 30% of the minimum detection concentration. With the rapid progress of water injection and oil recovery, the five types of commonly used tracer in field will be difficult to meet the continuous needs of the demand. In addition, all the tracer used are imported from abroad companies, the composition of the tracer is not clear, so it is difficult to check the equipment, detection accuracy and output. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the research and development of new tracer, comprehensively evaluate the performance of new tracer, obtain the specific detection technology and improve the field application of tracer technology.

Synthesis technology of water-soluble fluorescent tracer. The specific contents include the structure design of water-soluble fluorescent molecules, the design of synthesis route and the establishment of specific laboratory synthesis methods.

Synthesis technology of water-soluble polymer fluorescent microspheres tracer. The specific contents include the design of fluorescent polymer microspheres, the laboratory synthesis methods, and the water solubility control of fluorescent polymer microspheres.

Formula of fluorescent tracer, including the concentration of tracer molecules in the formula of fluorescent tracer, the distinction of fluorescence emission, and the thermal stability control technology of tracer.

Fluorescent microspheres have very important applications in many fields because of their stable morphology and high luminous efficiency. In this project, monodisperse water-soluble fluorescent microspheres were prepared by in situ dispersion polymerization called "one step method" from the point of view of improvement of methods. The effects of fluorescence properties and compatibility of fluorescent materials and monomers on the doping content of monodisperse water-soluble fluorescent microspheres were studied, and a series of fluorescent microspheres used as tracers were developed.

In the course of implementation, the temperature stability of fluorescent microspheres, the stability of pH and the influence of underground well environment will be deeply investigated according to the special needs of tracer. The results are fed back to the preparation process, and the properties of fluorescent polymer microspheres were improved according to the requirements of tracer by adjusting the preparation conditions (including reaction conditions and reactant formulation, etc.). Therefore, the tracer produced by the experiment has strong and advanced technology, and there are no similar products in China.
